W. Anthony Aguinaldo is the firm's founder
and brings with him a high degree of expertise in the areas of Civil/
Contract Litigation, Employment Law, and Labor Law. He has successfully
litigated various complex cases involving labor and employment
disputes, wrongful termination, age and employment discrimination, harassment, as well as, business
and contract disputes, breach of contract, and construction defects.
Attorney Aguinaldo has successfully represented a number of high profile
cases, is highly respected by peers and clients alike, and is
recognized as an outstanding trial lawyer.
A
graduate of UCLA School of Law, he has also served in the highly
prestigious position as one of three public sector attorneys appointed
to oversee the management of Statewide Labor Union negotiations and
arbitration. He has also served as Chairman and Advisor of the
Litigation Evaluation Committee which assesses and develops strategies
for major litigation involving the CIty and County of Honolulu. Attorney
Aguinaldo serves individuals, businesses, as well as City, County and
